It's a s*** fight currently but I know why they have it set up this painful system because they are going for the cash grab! It traps people into buying battlepacks thinking they will eventually get that skin they really want only to constantly disappoint with a duplicate and the cycle repeats. In my opinion they have got it wrong when it comes to battlepacks. It ruins the experience for me after absolutely loving the rest of the game. I'm so sick of getting the same skin over and over again. Then 1 other drops 10% and the other 3 I haven't seen drop from all my superior battlepacks or regular as well. It says the tank skins are rare so they aren't going to drop regularly but the other 6 legendary skins aren't dropped randomly. If you are telling me that out of all 8 legendary skins they have pre allocated percentage rates of dropping then it's not random. Well then it's clearly not random selection.
